Sai’s Angel Foundation (SAF), under the Vadiksha Saarathi programme takes up projects to improve the learning levels of the inmates of various institutions like orphanage, home for neglected women or children and widow’s home.

Under the programme, SAF had provided support to inmates of Nari Suraksha Gruh in year 2020-21 for 3 months. The programme was highly successful in terms of increasing learning and overall confidence levels of the inmates of the Nari Suraksha Gruh.

During the current year 2022-23, SAF under the Vadiksha Saarathi programme has taken up the project for the inmates of Don Bosco Snehalaya in Vadodara. The targeted inmates are boys who are in class 5 th to 10 th .

The goals of the project are

• To enable the students in basic reading and writing in Gujarati;
• To introduce, acquaint and familiarize the students with the basic concepts of Math’s & English; and
• Through life skills sessions, build confidence in the students to be able to face challenges in life.
