Vadiksha SmartCamp Project at this school was inaugurated in July 2017. The subjects covered were Gujarati, English and Mathematics

SAF worked with a leading Corporate House and under its CSR program arranged for computers with educational content for the school. SAF guided and assisted the school teachers in using these computers for their coursework as well as for the SmartCamp program.

Following activities were carried out:

• Sets of notebooks were distributed to all the students.
• Writing Kits were distributed to the students of class VI, VII and VIII.
• Educational trip to the Regional Community Science Centre, Subhanpura was organised. Students enjoyed various models and demonstrations at the science centre.
• Awareness excursion trip to the Akshay Patra Foundation, Gotri was organised. Students had a good understanding of the hygienic conditions under which their mid-day meals are prepared.
• An essay competition on the trips was organised.

The program was highly satisfactory as confirmed by the monthly Formative Assessments carried out.
