"What’s in My Cup?" – Atomic Habit Session

Date: 21/05/2025
Session By: Rameshwari Gajjar
Participants: 21

On 21st May, Rameshwari Ma’am conducted a session titled “What’s in My Cup?”, focusing on self-awareness, goals, and habits. During the session, students discussed what they want in their lives and how to achieve their goals. Ma’am guided them through important reflective questions such as:

  • What do you need to achieve your goal?
  • Why do you want that goal?
  • Who will you become after reaching it?
  • What do you need to change?

She emphasized that taking small daily steps can lead to big achievements. For example, a student who wants to become a writer can start by writing just one line a day. The session also included a discussion on good and bad habits, and how to turn bad habits into good ones. Ma’am introduced a helpful student-friendly book called “Habit Atoms” that focuses on building positive habits.
