The Founder Trustees are three individuals who share the same philosophy of ”अयं बन्धुरयं नेति गणना लघुचेतसां उदारचरितानां तु वसुधैव कुटुम्बकं” which is a Sanskrit phrase from the ancient Upanishad scriptures in India. It means Only small men discriminate saying: One is a relative; the other is a stranger. For those who live magnanimously the entire world constitutes but a family.

Mrs.Madhumita Pujari Founder Trustee Chairperson and Managing Trustee. The Founder Chairperson is an MA  M.Ed. and a long time philanthropist and educationist having over 20 years of experience in the field of education. She has been intricately involved in the Education sector as a Senior Teacher at Delhi Public School, as Principal of a Women Teachers’ Training Institute and as a Member of the Executive Committee guiding one of the top schools in New Delhi. She has been involved in several charitable causes and missions such as educating children in slums, sponsoring disabled children for education and well being, regularly donating to charitable missions, organizing cleanliness and environmental protection campaigns with school children in adopted villages, providing free coaching to children from the economically weaker sections of the society.

Mr Prateek Pujari Founder Trustee Director – Strategy, Technology and Quality The Founder Trustee is an B Tech from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from Wharton Business School, USA. He has nearly 7 years of operations, management and strategy experience initially as a Manager with Hindustan Unilever Limited and currently as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a logistics start-up, where he is in-charge of Operations, Business Strategy and Customer acquisition. With his experience in high school and college, he understands the issues that face students and what it takes to drive motivation and performance out of children. Besides driving the strategy for the Foundation, he focuses on quality and delivery of content and monitoring the outcomes i.e tracking the performance of students by using technology.

Ms Prachita Pujari Trustee The Trustee is an B Tech in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information & Communication Technology (DAIICT), Gandhinagar and an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi. She has a decade of experience working in telecom and consumer internet companies. She has worked in early stage start-ups, focussing on brand building from the nascent stage and scaling it up Her long experience with travel, leisure and health technology platforms becomes extremely important in developing and delivering on-line classes, especially in times of pandemic such as the present one.

Late Bhargav Antani Founder Trustee. The Founder Trustee was an MTech from IIT Mumbai and a technologist with over 30 years of international experience in the Financial Services industry. He had worked with several leading corporations including Citibank, IBM, New York Stock Exchange and GSFC. His last corporate position was as a senior Banking and Capital Markets executive with IBM’s Global Center of Competence in Banking in USA. He took the decision to quit his position and return to India to use his knowledge and experience for the greater cause of the silent but disadvantaged section of the children in India. He was instrumental in designing various Vadiksha Educational offerings.
